MAIN FIELD
Organizations with Approved Insurance
$110/hour
Private Parties* or Organizations without Insurance coverage
$130/hour with a 2 hour minimum rental
*Private parties will be charged an additional cleaning fee:
$95 - Up to 25 participants
$145 - Over 25 participants
BACK TRAINING AREA /SMALL FIELD
To Support Local Coaches with individual and small group training:
$40/hour - Up to 6 athletes.
$65/hour - 7 or more athletes
If Uninsured add $25 to the rental.
WEIGHT ROOM
Proof of weight training liability insurance is required. Victory must be listed as additional insured. An approved trainer must be present during all sessions.
$50 per hour
COMBINED WEIGHT ROOM AND TRAINING AREA/SMALL FIELD
$85 per hour
BATHROOM FEES
$100/month for 2+/weekly sessions
$50/month for 1/week session
CAMPS
$150 per hour (2 hour minimum)
Includes exclusive use of all Victory Athletic Center Facilities.
SNACK BAR OPERATIONS
Approved organizations may operate concessions during their event. Organizations retains 80% of gross sales and Victory receives 20%. Victory reserves the right to operate concessions when not operated by the event organizer.
BANNERS
Large Banner: $2,500 per year
Small Banner: $500 per quarter
All banners must be provided by the advertiser. Artwork, banner size, and installation location must be approved by Victory prior to production and installation. Banner space is subject to availability. Premium banner locations may be subject to separate pricing and availability. Victory reserves the right to approve, relocate, or remove any banner at its discretion.

Cancellation Policy
In order to serve our customers better, The Victory Way has instituted a Cancellation & Reschedule Policy. This Policy is in place out of respect for our facility management team and our customers. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you (our customer) prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot. Please read the Cancellation & Reschedule Policy stipulations carefully to fully understand your obligations.
Effective February 2025, all future bookings greater than 2 sessions will require a $500 Non-refundable deposit or payment in full if under $500. This will be applied to the total rental amount during invoicing.
If you cannot maintain your reservation please contact Victory Athletic Center in writing at least 30 days prior to the event to cancel your reservation in order to receive a refund, minus a 10% cancellation fee
Cancellations less than 30 days before the event are nonrefundable.
If a reservation is cancelled due to factors out of Victory's control, such as weather or any other unforeseen reason, there will be no refund for the reservation. You may use the same reservation to transfer the date of the event, within the same calendar year and based on availability.
Victory Athletic Center reserves the right to cancel the event if any of the insurance requirements and payment conditions outlined below are not met by the day of the event. There will be no refund for the reservation fee.
Payment
Final approval for use of the VAC is only given when insurance requirements are met and payment is made in full.
Payment must be paid in full four (4) weeks prior to the first use of Victory for each month.

Insurance Requirements
League/Club Program Insurance Requirements:
To ensure insurance compliance with the Victory Athletic Center, City of San Juan Capistrano, and Capistrano Unified School District each requester must supply Victory Athletic Center with a Certificate of Liability naming the Victory Athletic Center, City of San Juan Capistrano, and Capistrano Unified School District as additionally insured.
Private Party Insurance Requirements:
If you are a private party requester (i.e. parent for a birthday party) each participant will need to submit a Victory Athletic Center Release of Liability signed by a parent or legal guardian (18 yrs. or older) before participation. Waivers can be submitted to the onsite manager. No exceptions!
